I retained Beth Bradley and her firm to handle a significant business interruption insurance claim related to the pandemic. Her deep expertise in insurance law, particularly the COVID-19-related coverage issues she's recognized for, was immediately apparent. With nearly four decades of experience, she provided a thorough analysis of our policy and the evolving legal landscape. The initial strategy was sound, and her knowledge of appellate procedure was a clear asset given the complexity of the case. However, the experience was not without its frustrations. Communication was sometimes slower than expected, with responses taking several days during critical periods. While the legal work was competent, the process felt somewhat impersonal, and at times I felt I had to proactively seek updates on our file's status. The final settlement was reasonable, aligning with her initial assessment, but the journey there felt more transactional than collaborative. For straightforward, high-stakes insurance coverage matters, her technical skill is undeniable, but clients should be prepared to manage their own expectations regarding client service and communication cadence.
