A trusted advisor for our complex business acquisition

Our company recently engaged Ben Marcus to guide us through the acquisition of a competitor, a process fraught with complex financial and regulatory hurdles. With his 38 years of experience, particularly his deep background in mergers and acquisitions, we felt immediately confident. He has a remarkable ability to distill complicated transactional details into clear, actionable advice. His recognition as a 'Lawyer of the Year' in this field is well-earned and was a key factor in our selection. Ben and his team at Drummond Woodsum were thorough, strategic, and ultimately secured a fantastic outcome that positioned us for future growth. The only minor critique would be that during peak periods, response times from junior support staff could occasionally lag, though Ben himself was always accessible for critical matters. His counsel was worth the investment, and I would not hesitate to recommend him for any significant commercial transaction in the Maine business community.
