Indispensable Guide Through Complex Land Use Approvals

Barbara Hall was instrumental in navigating a complex, multi-agency permitting process for our mixed-use development in Broward County. Her deep, 21-year foundation representing local governments gives her an unparalleled understanding of municipal perspectives, which she leveraged to anticipate and resolve potential roadblocks before they arose. Her expertise in both land use and environmental law proved critical when addressing wetland mitigation concerns. Barbara’s strategic approach, honed over four decades, transformed what seemed like an intractable bureaucratic maze into a manageable, successful project. The recent recognition of her peers, naming her Lawyer of the Year, is a testament to the caliber of counsel she provides. We achieved our approvals on schedule, thanks entirely to her exceptional skill and professionalism.
