Ava Doppelt's expertise in trademark law is evident, and her Board Certification in IP was a key reason we hired her. She successfully handled the registration for our new brand. However, for a firm of this caliber, we expected more proactive updates. Responses to our emails sometimes took several days, which created anxiety during the process. While the legal outcome was solid, the client experience felt transactional. Given her recognition as Lawyer of the Year, we had hoped for a more engaged partnership. She is undoubtedly knowledgeable, but the service aspect was merely adequate.
