Expert guidance through a complex family estate matter

I engaged Aubrie Girou at Alexander Holburn to assist with my late father's estate, which involved a blended family and a trust with specific conditions. From our first meeting, it was clear that her 11 years of focused practice in wills, estates, and trusts was a significant asset. She expertly navigated the intricacies of BC estate law, providing clear explanations of our options and the probate process. Her recognition in the field of trusts and estates felt well-earned, as her advice was both strategic and practical. The entire process was handled with professionalism and a personal touch that made a difficult time much easier. While her expertise is undeniable, there were a few instances where email responses took a bit longer than expected, likely due to her busy schedule as a partner. Overall, I felt in very capable hands and would confidently recommend her services to anyone needing estate planning or administration.
