Ashley Heaney has practiced criminal law for over fifteen years in Minnesota, New York, and Connecticut. Before joining Caplan Tamburino, Ashley served as a public defender in Ramsey County, MN defending clients facing serious felony charges. Ashley’s extensive litigation experience also includes ten years as an associate attorney for a private criminal defense firm in New York City, as well as clerkships with District Attorney offices in New York and Minnesota. Ashley has handled a wide range of cases, from simple harassment cases to felony drug cases, sex crimes, and murder cases. With extensive experience in both prosecution and criminal defense, Ashley provides a unique perspective as she works hard to find personalized and creative solutions for each client.Ashley Heaney graduated cum laude from Villanova University in Pennsylvania with a concentration in Criminal Justice.
