Attorney Arman Poushin at WeirFoulds LLP has a solid grasp of commercial leasing law, which was evident in his handling of my lease negotiation. His recognition in this area is well-deserved, and his advice was both practical and legally sound. However, while his expertise in general practice and commercial leasing was clear, the communication process could have been more timely. There were a few instances where responses were delayed, leading to some unnecessary stress. Additionally, setting clearer expectations upfront about turnaround times would have been helpful. Overall, I appreciated his professionalism and legal knowledge, but I would have preferred more consistent and prompt communication throughout the process. The outcome was satisfactory, but the experience could have felt smoother with better response times.
