Ariana Garcia-Moore at Nelson Mullins handled a breach of contract dispute for my small business. Her background in commercial litigation, including the recognition from Best Lawyers, was evident in her thorough legal analysis and strategy. The work product was solid. However, the experience was mixed. There were periods where responses to emails took several days, which was stressful during active negotiations. While the outcome of our settlement was acceptable, the process felt less collaborative than I had hoped. She is clearly knowledgeable, but managing client expectations and accessibility could be improved to match her legal expertise.
