A seasoned and effective advocate for complex commercial lending

Anthony Finn at Bodman PLC provided exceptional counsel for our company's cross-border equipment financing deal with a Canadian partner. His 40+ years of experience, particularly his recognized expertise in banking law, was immediately apparent. He expertly navigated the nuances of NAFTA-region transactions, anticipating issues we hadn't considered. The documentation was flawless, and his strategic advice during negotiations was invaluable. While his billing rates reflect his senior standing, and there were occasional delays in email responses during a particularly busy period, the outcome was worth it. We felt completely secure with his guidance and would confidently engage him again for any significant commercial financing matter.
