Mr. Benton's nearly 50 years of experience in general practice was invaluable when we faced a challenging property line and easement issue with a neighboring business. His deep understanding of local law and procedures in Lafayette, honed over decades at Stuart & Branigin, provided a clear strategy. His recent recognition in railroad law speaks to his respected analytical skills. While communication could occasionally be faster given his caseload, his thoughtful counsel and steady hand were exactly what we needed to reach a favorable resolution.
