Tony serves as the managing partner of Tiffany & Bosco’s Orlando office and chairs the firm’s Florida Mortgage Services Practice Group. For more than 20 years, Tony has represented clients in financial and real estate litigation, including judicial foreclosures, title curative actions, contract disputes, collateral recovery, workouts, and claims involving fraud, consumer finance, lender liability, TILA, RESPA, FDCPA, and SCRA. Tony also represents clients in real estate transactions, handles loan closings, and issues title insurance policies.
Before entering private practice, Tony served as Chief of Staff for Alabama Supreme Court Justice Harold See.
