Knowledgeable but communication could be more consistent

Mr. Dowling handled a complex employee benefits issue for our small business. His deep expertise in ERISA law, backed by over three decades of experience, was evident and gave us confidence. We appreciated his recognition in the field. However, while the legal outcome was solid, communication was sometimes delayed, and responses to our questions weren't always as prompt as we'd hoped. For straightforward corporate matters, his long-standing practice is clearly competent. Just be prepared to manage expectations on turnaround times for non-urgent follow-ups.
