Knowledgeable in Web3, but communication could improve

Andy Albertson's deep understanding of blockchain and decentralized systems is undeniable. We engaged him to draft the foundational tokenomics and governance framework for our new DAO. His strategic advice on complex open system design was valuable, and his background as a co-inventor of decentralized structures gave us confidence in his technical grasp. The final legal architecture was solid. However, our experience was mixed. While he is clearly competent, his communication was sometimes sporadic, with significant wait times for email responses that left us uncertain on project timelines. For straightforward Web3.0 company formation, he's a capable choice, but for clients who need frequent touchpoints and proactive updates, expectations should be managed. His work is good, but the client service aspect felt just adequate.
