Competent representation in a complex creditor matter

Andrew Shaver at Bradley Arant handled our company's claim in a Chapter 11 proceeding. His knowledge of bankruptcy and creditor rights, as evidenced by his recent recognition in that field, was clear. He provided a solid legal strategy for our position as an unsecured creditor. However, the experience felt somewhat transactional. While his analysis was sound, communication sometimes lagged, with responses taking longer than expected. We occasionally felt like we were just another file in a large firm system. For the legal work itself, he was capable, but managing client expectations and accessibility could be improved. He is a knowledgeable attorney, but the overall service experience was merely adequate.
