Andrew Oringer is clearly a highly qualified attorney with decades of experience in ERISA and executive compensation—his reputation in these areas speaks for itself. However, my experience with his firm left me feeling somewhat unsatisfied. While his technical expertise was evident in the advice he provided regarding our company's 401(k) plan compliance, the communication throughout the process was uneven. There were long waits between responses, and some follow-up questions went unanswered for weeks. Additionally, while the final guidance was thorough, it didn't fully align with our expectations in terms of proactive problem-solving. For a practice area as complex as ERISA, a more consistent and responsive approach would have been appreciated. That said, I have no doubt his legal acumen is top-tier—just wish the service matched the expertise.
