After a serious injury from a defective piece of industrial equipment left me unable to work, I was overwhelmed. My case was complex, involving both significant personal injury and clear product liability issues. I interviewed several attorneys, but Andrew Payne stood apart. His three decades of experience were immediately evident, but what truly convinced me was his unique background. He didn't just explain how he would fight for me; he explained, with startling clarity, how the defense attorneys and insurance companies for the manufacturer would likely approach the case, having spent the early part of his career on that very side. This dual perspective was invaluable. He and his team at Payne Mitchell Ramsey LLP were meticulous, leaving no stone unturned in the investigation. While his recent Lawyer of the Year recognitions speak volumes, it was his strategic, calm guidance through a multi-year litigation that I valued most. The settlement he secured has provided lifelong security for my family. Andrew is more than a brilliant litigator; he is a compassionate counselor who fights with every tool acquired over 31 years. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
