Our company faced a challenging reinsurance arbitration with significant financial exposure. Andy Shapiro's deep expertise in this niche area was immediately apparent. He masterfully navigated the complex contractual disputes and procedural intricacies, demonstrating the strategic acumen that clearly underpins his recognition in commercial litigation. Andy was not only a brilliant legal tactician but also a responsive and clear communicator, ensuring we understood every strategic decision.
