Competent handling of our family business succession plan

Andy Merline's expertise in closely held companies was evident as he structured our family business transition. His LL.M in Taxation from Boston University informed a solid plan. However, communication was sometimes delayed, and the process felt more transactional than anticipated. While his recognition in corporate law is well-deserved, managing expectations on timelines could be improved. The work product was technically sound, but the overall experience was just adequate for the investment.
