Competent and experienced, but communication could improve

We engaged András Szecskay of Szecskay Attorneys to handle a complex business contract dispute for our small Atlanta-based firm. His 15 years of general practice experience were evident, and his background in corporate law and arbitration, as noted by his past recognitions in Hungary, provided a solid foundation for our case. The legal strategy he developed was sound and ultimately led to a satisfactory settlement. However, the process felt somewhat distant. While his expertise is undeniable, we sometimes experienced longer-than-expected wait times for email responses, and updates weren't always proactively communicated. For straightforward legal matters, his competence is clear, but for clients who prioritize frequent touchpoints, expectations should be managed from the outset. He is a capable attorney who knows his field, but the client service aspect felt merely adequate.
