Competent on regulatory compliance, but communication was inconsistent

I engaged Amy Schrader at Greenberg Traurig for guidance on a state-level permitting issue with a Florida environmental agency. Her 22 years of experience in administrative and regulatory law were evident; she clearly understood the procedural intricacies and her background with FSU's law school gave her solid local insight. The work product was thorough and her recognition in Best Lawyers is well-earned for technical expertise. However, for a 3-star experience, there were some frustrations. Response times to emails were sometimes slower than expected, and while she was knowledgeable, explanations could occasionally feel rushed, leaving me to seek further clarification. For straightforward regulatory compliance matters, she is certainly capable, but the client service aspect felt just adequate compared to the high-level legal analysis.
