Exceptional guidance on a complex executive compensation package

Our company engaged Amy Sheridan to assist with the design and implementation of a new executive compensation and equity incentive plan. From the outset, her deep knowledge of ERISA and the intricate tax implications was evident. She didn't just provide legal answers; she understood our strategic business goals and structured a plan that was both compliant and highly effective for talent retention. Her background from Harvard and her recognition in the field gave us immense confidence. Amy was exceptionally responsive, explaining complex concepts with clarity and anticipating issues we hadn't considered. The process was seamless, and the final documents were meticulously crafted. Her professionalism and practical approach turned a potentially daunting regulatory challenge into a strategic advantage. We highly recommend Amy for any matter involving employee benefits or executive compensation.
