Compassionate and knowledgeable guidance for my mother's estate

I engaged Amelia Crotwell to assist with my aging mother's estate planning and long-term care concerns. From our initial consultation, it was clear that her deep commitment to serving families in East Tennessee, as highlighted in her firm's strategic focus, was genuine. She expertly navigated the complexities of creating a durable power of attorney and a living will, ensuring my mother's wishes were legally sound and respected. Her general practice background proved invaluable, as she seamlessly integrated advice on potential Medicaid eligibility with the core estate documents, a holistic approach I hadn't fully anticipated but deeply appreciated. The process was thorough, and Amelia's explanations were clear, demystifying legal jargon without being condescending. My only minor critique is that during particularly busy periods, response times to non-urgent emails could stretch to two business days, which occasionally slowed our momentum. That said, when we did connect, her attention was complete and her advice was spot-on. Her firm's mission to reach more families is evident in her diligent work. I feel significantly more secure about my mother's future, and I would confidently recommend her services to anyone in the Nashville area facing similar elder law challenges.
