Competent on regulatory compliance, but communication was inconsistent

Amanda Tollison handled a complex state regulatory compliance matter for my business. Her deep knowledge of administrative law, honed over nearly three decades, was evident, and her recognition in that field is well-deserved. The legal strategy was sound. However, the experience was mixed. Responses to emails were sometimes delayed for days, leaving me uncertain. While the outcome was ultimately satisfactory, the process felt less collaborative than expected. For straightforward regulatory guidance, she is capable, but be prepared to manage the communication pace proactively.
