There were times, particularly during the discovery phase, when responses to my emails or calls took longer than I would have preferred, leaving me feeling somewhat in the dark about minor developments. While I never doubted her expertise or dedication to the larger case strategy, the day-to-day client management felt a bit uneven. For someone with her acknowledged standing in mass tort and class action work, I had perhaps expected a more consistently streamlined communication process. She is undoubtedly a skilled attorney who gets results, but the client experience aspect could be more polished.
