A Skilled and Compassionate Mediator for a Difficult Divorce

After 22 years of marriage, my divorce was emotionally overwhelming and financially complex. My attorney recommended Alison Weinger for mediation, and it was the best decision we could have made. With over 45 years of legal experience and a focus on mediation, she guided us through the entire process with remarkable skill. Her background in handling thousands of civil and family cases was immediately apparent; she understood every nuance of asset division and parenting plans. It’s no surprise she’s been recognized as Lawyer of the Year in Family Law Mediation multiple times. Alison created an environment where both my ex-spouse and I felt heard, which was crucial for reaching a fair settlement without the devastation of a court battle. Her professionalism is matched by a genuine personal touch that makes difficult conversations manageable. The only minor critique is that, given her high demand, scheduling follow-up sessions sometimes required a bit more patience as her calendar is very full. That said, the outcome was worth the wait. For anyone in South Florida facing a family law dispute, Alison C. Weinger provides an invaluable service that prioritizes resolution and dignity.
