Competent on complex antitrust matter, communication could improve

However, the experience felt somewhat transactional. Response times were occasionally slower than expected, and updates weren't always proactive. For the high-stakes nature of the work and the firm's reputation, I anticipated a more collaborative communication style. The legal work was solid, but the client service aspect felt just adequate.
