I retained Alexis Ronickher after discovering significant fraud within my former government contractor employer. Her deep expertise in Qui Tam and employment law was immediately apparent. She expertly navigated the intricate legal and procedural hurdles of the False Claims Act, and her dual-coast presence between D.C. and San Francisco was a logistical asset. Alexis is a strategic thinker who doesn't back down; her recognition in civil rights and employment law is well-deserved. The outcome she secured for me was life-changing. My only minor critique is that during the most intense phases of litigation, communication could sometimes lag a day or two as she managed her demanding caseload and leadership role. However, when we did connect, her focus was complete. I would unequivocally recommend her for anyone facing a high-stakes employment or whistleblower matter.
