I engaged Alexandra Shulman at Buchalter for a complex workplace investigation matter. Her background in labor and employment litigation from the University of Virginia was evident, and her recognition by Best Lawyers in that field is well-deserved. She provided solid legal analysis and her strategy during the internal review process was sound. However, my experience was mixed. While the outcome was ultimately acceptable, there were periods where communication lagged significantly. Responses to emails sometimes took several days, and updates on case developments weren't always proactive. For straightforward legal expertise in Seattle, she is capable, but managing client expectations and maintaining consistent dialogue could be improved. The legal work was competent, but the overall service felt just adequate.
