Competent handling of a contract dispute, but communication was inconsistent

His background in commercial litigation and the recognition he's received in that field were the primary reasons for my choice. Alexander demonstrated a solid understanding of the legal principles involved and was effective in drafting the necessary demand letters. His analysis of the contract terms was thorough, and he provided clear, practical advice on our position. However, the experience was marked by longer-than-expected response times to emails, which sometimes left me feeling in the dark during critical phases. While the matter was resolved to an acceptable conclusion, the process felt less collaborative than I had hoped. For straightforward commercial disputes, Alexander is certainly knowledgeable, but managing client expectations on communication could be improved.
