Because a significant portion of Alexander’s practice is devoted to prosecuting affirmative claims as a plaintiff, he is able to offer his clients a unique perspective in formulating compelling and effective arguments.Alexander is also devoted to serving the greater community. He serves on the board and executive committee of the Indiana Bar Foundation and is active in judging its annual Indiana “We the People” and high school mock trial competitions.
In addition to his legal experience, Alexander has researched and been published in the field of voter turnout and civic engagement. His work was featured in regional, national and international media outlets throughout the 2008 and 2012 presidential elections.While in law school, Alexander was a member of the Exoneration Project, which represents wrongly convicted individuals claiming their actual innocence in post-conviction proceedings. An avid Dayton Flyers fan, Alexander is a season ticket holder for the men’s basketball program at the University of Dayton.
