Alex Mejias

Bringing a wide breadth of legal, technology, and business experience, Alex Mejias launched the Law Office of Alex Mejias to serve entrepreneurs, artists, and emerging companies in the tech industry. Prior to starting the firm, Alex gained experience in the music industry as both an artist and artist manager. After leaving a full-time career in music Alex began practicing law at BrownGreer, managing complex mass tort claims programs and representing artists, labels, and artist managers in a variety of matters. Following his time at BrownGreer, Alex provided strategic guidance and in-house counsel in his role as Director of Strategy and Business Development at Foster Made, an application and web development company. Combining years of experience in music and technology, as well as a passion and understanding for the emerging world of cryptocurrency, Alex established the Law Office of Alex Mejias in 2018. Since then, Alex has helped a number of companies in the cryptocurrency industry navigate the murky waters of government regulation in the U.S. In addition, Alex has assisted companies and individuals in the management, storage, and transfer of bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies. Alex provides strategic guidance and legal counsel to artists, producers, and companies in the entertainment industry. Alex currently manages the critically acclaimed gospel a cappella group Resound.
