However, the experience was not without its frustrations. Communication was sometimes slower than I would have liked, with responses taking a couple of days. While his legal advice was sound, I sometimes felt I had to push for clearer explanations of the process and next steps. For straightforward legal matters, he is certainly capable, but managing client expectations could be improved.
