Competent municipal guidance, but communication could improve

I hired Alex Glassman from Clarke Gallagher Barbiero Amuso & Glassman Law to assist our small HOA in Trevose with a zoning variance issue. His background in municipal law was evident from the start; he clearly understood the local ordinances and the approval process. His recognition by Best Lawyers in this specific field gave us confidence in his technical expertise. The legal strategy he developed was sound, and we ultimately achieved the outcome we needed. However, the experience was not without its frustrations. There were periods where responses to emails took several days, which created anxiety as deadlines approached. While his advice was always correct, it was sometimes delivered in a very concise, matter-of-fact manner that left me needing to seek further clarification. For straightforward municipal legal matters, Alex is a capable attorney who knows the landscape in Pennsylvania. You will get competent representation, but manage your expectations regarding the client communication cadence. It was adequate for our needs, though I wish the process had been a bit more collaborative and responsive.
