Expert guidance through a complex partnership dissolution

Our family-owned manufacturing business faced a critical impasse when a key partner decided to exit, threatening the company's stability. We were referred to Alan Pralgever at Greenbaum Rowe, and his 46 years of experience in business litigation, particularly with partnership and LLC split-ups, was immediately evident. He didn't just see the legal dispute; he understood the underlying business dynamics and our desire to preserve relationships where possible. Mr. Pralgever's deep knowledge of New Jersey law and his strategic, calm demeanor were invaluable. He guided us through a structured negotiation process that avoided costly, public litigation, ultimately crafting a dissolution agreement that protected our assets and allowed the departing partner a fair exit. His long-standing AV Preeminent rating is clearly well-earned. While his billing is commensurate with his expertise and the firm's stature, and there were occasional delays in email responses due to his court schedule, the outcome was worth it. We felt represented by a true authority in commercial law.
