Competent but communication could be more consistent

Alan Kluger represented our small business in a contract dispute with a supplier. His deep experience in commercial litigation, backed by his recognition in that field, was evident in his strategic approach to the case. He clearly understood the nuances of the law and his twenty years of practice in Florida provided a solid foundation. Ultimately, we reached a settlement that protected our interests. However, the experience was mixed. While his legal acumen was strong, we sometimes experienced significant delays in receiving responses to our emails, which created anxiety during an already stressful time. His firm, Kluger Kaplan, is clearly established, but our expectations for proactive communication weren't fully met. For straightforward legal matters requiring seasoned judgment, he is capable, but be prepared to manage the client-attorney communication flow actively.
