Competent handling of our commercial lease, but communication was slow

Adam Scharff at Nelson Mullins assisted my small business with a complex commercial lease negotiation in Baltimore. His background in real estate law, for which he's recognized, was evident in the thorough contract review. He identified several potential pitfalls that saved us future headaches. However, the experience was mixed. While the final work product was solid, response times were often longer than expected, and we sometimes had to follow up multiple times for updates. For a straightforward matter, his competence is not in question, but the process felt less proactive than I had hoped. He is clearly knowledgeable, especially for an attorney with his level of experience, but the client service aspect could be more consistent.
