Solid but Slow Communication

I worked with Adam S. McGonigle from HeplerBroom LLC on a product liability case, and while his legal expertise was clearly evident—especially in the transportation and insurance law areas where he’s recognized by Best Lawyers—my experience was a mix of positives and drawbacks. He demonstrated deep knowledge in defending product liability claims, a strength that gave me confidence in his ability to handle complex litigation. However, the communication delays were noticeable. Responses to emails and calls often took longer than I expected, which created some frustration when urgent matters arose. The legal strategy was sound, and his courtroom presence was professional, but I had to push for updates more than I’d prefer. If you value thorough legal work but can tolerate slower response times, he’s a competent attorney. Just be prepared to follow up proactively.
