Solid but not exceptional

I worked with Adam M. Silverman on a commercial lease negotiation, and he was competent in handling the real estate aspects of the transaction. His 31 years of experience certainly showed in his understanding of lease terms and Pennsylvania real estate law. However, I had to follow up multiple times for updates, and responses were often delayed by a few days, which made the process feel slower than anticipated. While his expertise in real estate law is clear—especially given his recognition by Best Lawyers—better communication and timeliness could have made the experience smoother. Overall, a solid attorney, but not the most responsive.
