He represents a broad range of clients and has a diverse practice involving sophisticated corporate and real estate transactional matters.In the traditional corporate arena, Adam has extensive experience in the mergers and acquisitions area, representing buyers and sellers in asset- and stock-based transactions. In addition, he regularly functions as outside general counsel on behalf of middle-market private companies in a variety of industries, including technology, food and beverage, business services and consumer products, where he is responsible for drafting and negotiating material contracts with clients, key employees and suppliers, supervision of litigation and assisting with other transactional or operational needs.Adam focuses his real estate practice on acquisitions, dispositions, development, redevelopment, investment and finance of all types of multi-family residential, office, retail, hotel, mixed use and industrial properties. He regularly represents developers, investors and other institutional and non-institutional owners of commercial real estate and has extensive experience in acquisitions and sales, commercial mortgage, mezzanine and construction financings, complex joint ventures, and development and construction projects.
