Competent on complex real estate transaction, but communication lagged

Adam Aramati handled a complicated commercial property acquisition for our family office. His knowledge of real estate law, backed by his Best Lawyers recognition, was evident in the diligence and structuring. The work product was solid. However, responsiveness was inconsistent, with significant delays in returning calls and emails during critical phases. For straightforward aspects, we sometimes felt we were waiting for a partner-level attorney's schedule. He is clearly capable, especially in private equity-adjacent deals, but the client service experience didn't fully match the expertise.
