Expert guidance on a complex subscription line financing

Adam Birnbaum at McDermott Will & Schulte provided excellent representation for our private equity fund during a recent subscription line facility negotiation. His dual background in economics and law, from Vanderbilt and Tulane, was evident in his ability to dissect the complex financial structures and legal terms. He has a clear command of the nuances in domestic and international financing, which gave our team significant confidence. While his expertise in project and public finance law is clearly recognized, what stood out was his practical approach to making the deal work for our commercial objectives. The only minor critique would be that during peak deal times, response times could occasionally stretch, but his work product was always worth the wait. Adam is a sharp, strategic attorney I would readily recommend for sophisticated financing matters.
