A reliable and strategic partner for complex employment matters

Our company faced a difficult wrongful termination lawsuit that threatened significant financial and reputational damage. We engaged Abtin Mehdizadegan at Hall Booth Smith, and his deep knowledge of Arkansas employment law was immediately evident. His 12 years of focused experience, particularly in high-stakes defense, gave our leadership team immense confidence. Abtin strategically guided us through the litigation process, and his recognition in labor and employment law by industry publications was well-earned. He is a sharp, pragmatic attorney who clearly understands the business pressures behind legal challenges. While his counsel was invaluable, there were a few instances where communication response times were slower than ideal during non-critical phases. Overall, Abtin provided exceptional representation, and we are very satisfied with the favorable resolution he achieved for our business.
