Competent in commercial litigation, but communication was inconsistent

Mr. Pratt handled a breach of contract dispute for my small business. His background from Harvard and recognition in commercial litigation by Best Lawyers were evident in his strategic approach to the case, which we resolved favorably. However, as a client at a large firm like Greenberg Traurig, I sometimes felt like a smaller priority. Responses to emails could take several days, and explanations of legal strategy were occasionally more cursory than I would have preferred. He is clearly knowledgeable, but the client service experience was just adequate.
