The Law Firm for Landowners.Murray Law is an Eminent Domain and Zoning Litigation law firm. The Firm's primary focus is representing property owners in North Carolina in land condemnation matters where the government or utility companies seek to take private property for public projects. The Firm also represents property owners in the Charlotte metro region in zoning matters including rezonings, variances, and appeals. Murray Law is managed by attorney David W. Murray and opened in January 2022. Firm Partner Jade Murray joined in 2023 bringing 15 years of litigation and in-house counsel experience to the firm.
